Pay them! We are in danger of a culture where older "millenials" tell younger ones "price of entry" and "I did it". GenX and Boomers need to speak up - this is not OK. These young people are much more educated than their predecessors and they need to be paid, their value confirmed. It is worse - we all got educated for free by the taxpayers Vs student debt and this is a basic fairness issue. These are also our kids. We know how much better they were than us at the same age - let them work. Pay them.
